As good as it gets for healthy, local and vegan options. I found Lauren on yelp and called her up. She was so helpful on the phone explaining the options and set me up with everything vegan on the menu. The corn dip is so good I wish I had bought 10 containers. The quinoa soup is worth getting the 32oz portion. Buddha bowl is the star and the sides (curry cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and the snow peas/carrots) are great additions to the bowl.nnGet over to this place right now and support local. Lauren deserves it.nnAlso, my wife and kids loved the chocolate chip cookie. Was gone before I could get a pic.

We first dined at Lauren's Kitchen and were immediately impressed with the portion sizes and flavors found in her creations. We then lined her up as our wedding caterer and she was able to meet every request we had to make the best taco bar out there. Her and her staff were professional, efficient, and so helpful to make things go smoothly on our wedding day. Drop in to her location for a grab-and-go item and try things out for yourself, she was a joy to work with.

It has great food and an extremely friendly staff. Lauren was super helpful when first walking in and makes amazing food. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for with good size portions and a rewards program helps. They also have a recycling program for grab and go costumers that gets you a discount when you return their containers. Overall great!

Lauren and her staff catered my wedding and it was better than I could have imagined. Perfectly cooked food, AMAZING service, and detail-oriented work that made the day perfect. Highly recommend to anyone in the area needing a caterer

I've never had a bad experience! When I don't know what I want, Lauren makes the choice for me which is very convenient as a woman. I love the changing daily special and rotating Grab & Go in the cooler. It's amazing fast-casual and a beautiful location. Prices are extremely reasonable to!
