I’ve been going to this spa every time I’m in beaver creek for many years. I have never had a bad experience! Services are always on point, facilities are top notch, and the staff is excellent. Make sure you arrive 45-60 mins before your appointment to use the water circuit! Hot tubs, steam room, cold shower, and hot stone chairs!
Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is the most beautiful resort I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately, The new spa lacks tact and professionalism. $300+ for a massage you’d expect much more from the staff.nnWe’re owners here at the Residences since 2014. It’s sad to end our trip on a bad note. I refuse to give in to a snobbish ignorance! I’ll spend my money elsewhere!
Went for the first time during my stay at the Park Hyatt and was impressed with the facilities and my masseuse. Mark was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgable on how to stretch and decompress a sore body after days of skiing. Excellent overall massage, will definitely come back.
Great haircut and friendly staff.
