The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible. We placed a to go order over the phone and when we arrived we were ignored for 15 minutes. What happened to good customer service...
Ordered takeout on Valentines Day- they were understandably busy but the woman on the phone was very short with me when I was discussing food allergies. Picked up the food and when we came home we noticed that one of our rolls was missing. We called and said we were willing to come back and get it but then were told we were wrong about what was missing. After a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to fix their error but were very rude throughout the process. We came back to get our missing roll and was told there may be some allergens in the roll so “be careful”. Unacceptable and very poor service. The food itself was adequate at best but definitely tainted by the very poor customer service.
During the Covid outbreak, the waitress came to the table with the mask lowered from her nose. I requested that she wear the mask appropriately and she complied.nMy husbands chicken dish was passable. But, my soup was like dish water with spice in it. The potstickers were inedible.
Seaweed Salad and the mango Mochi are both amazing! I ended up with more food than I expected but excited to eat it tomorrow! Great service!
Ordered takeout here while passing through. Great sushi and entrees for a decent price considering your in the mountains. Staff was friendly and helpful.
