I banked here for years and unfortunately will never do so again (or any other US Bank fornthat matter). The staff at this bank were not only extremely inaccurate in communicating my personal finances, but also made commitments and promisses they later refused to stand by. I had my time wasted, money wasted, and cannot believe the lack of attention to detail of this organization.
My wife and I went in to open a local account today. The manager was very friendly along with the asset at manager and all the tellers! We look forward to banking here. The interest rates and costs were very competitive.
