Very poor upper management who is extremely lacking in management training and human resource training and education. Employees are treated poorly and last year upper management decided to take away almost half of each employee's earned incentives one quarter.nVery low budget bank with a few low quality employees of poor character like Lesdi Chacon Ruiz. Very inefficient processes and poor technology on the back end making it tedious for employees to perform the simplest of tasks. Very poor training for employees with some not receiving any job specific training until a year or two after they have already been in those jobs or have been using certain applications.

My husband and I switched our business banking to Colorado Banks of Colorado last fall. I'm so glad I did. They have been the best bank, so helpful and great personal service. I would recommend Margaret, Neil and the rest of the staff to anyone looking for a great bank.

As an employee of Community Banks of Colorado both the Eagle and Avon Banking Centers I want to say I LOVE this company. They serve the community with time paid for volunteerism and to also help our community with financial classes and events held in the banking centers to teach how you can save money, buy your first home or learn about great community projects like Holy Cross Solar and the Free LED lightbulbs offered at the banking centers. I am proud to represent this brand!
