Went in yesterday to set up my business account. Had an excellent experience. Johnny, the banker who assisted me could not have done a better job. He answered my long list of questions. He really took time and care in explaining everything and setting up my account. Friendly and personable. Very happy with my choice in this Wells Fargo branch.
Free notary services, and beyond that Johnny Navarro was awesome. Extremely helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to meet. Give this guy a raise
ATM is in the back...Just FYI. Great staff and they remember my name even though I'm in only rarely. always sweet if i don't know them. I had my credit, and savings here so when I started looking for a house I started with Wells Fargo Financing. I should had looked a long time ago, I was in my new home in 6 months... from just thinking about it to moved in. I got the best % and 0 down. best deal in the state.
Every time I speak to someone at this branch, they give me different information, very hard to do business with.
I came in with my child who wants to learn about money and coins. One of the managers said they will no longer be selling us coin boxes as they do not want us to return any rolled and organized returned boxes. Isn't it their JOB to provide money to people? I know its weird asking for $25 of pennies and then returning $25 in rolled pennies but it is education and money is money. The wells fargo in Glenwood Springs is much more friendly and I drive to Glenwood when I need to bank, wish this closer location was nicer.
