Outstanding service, no pressure dealership, very factual and honest. Really couldn’t be much more pleased with Schomp Ford. The night after I reached out, after hours, the first thing the next morning I had a personal message from our sales man Fred introducing himself. After finding the right truck and working through a few options, I found a truck. I returned with my wife later that night for a test drive where Fred greeted us and answered all of our questions. After our test drive we looked at some paperwork and options. Fred stayed after hours on a Friday night to help us.nnWe were informed we didn’t have to make a decision that night but we’re offered the opportunity to put a deposit down so the truck would not be sold the next morning. Fred told us we can contact him first thing the next morning, before hours, if we decide to move forward or if we had any questions.nnThe sales manager Travis came out and talked with us, thanked us for coming to Schomp and checked to see if we have any questions. A few days after the purchase we received a video message and voicemail from both Fred and Travis thanking us for the business.nnOverall, 5 star service. we hope it will continue for as long as we own the vehicle.

Had such a great experience at Schomp Ford. Javier was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He found us the perfect Bronco Sport with all the features we wanted. I always dread buying a new vehicle and going to dealerships but Schomp completely changed my opinion! It was completely no pressure and everyone was very friendly and just wanted to help us. With so many dealerships to chose from I am so thankful we ended up coming here!

Best customer service I have ever experienced in a car dealership! Carl was absolutely phenomenal to work with! He truly listened to what I needed in a vehicle and took more than enough time to let me test drive anything I wanted. He made suggestions and let me fully experience the vehicles I drove. He was patient to answer every question I had and made the entire process stress free and pleasant. For the firt time I feel as if I bought a vehicle without any pressure and truly got what I need and want.nSchomp Ford has definitely won me as a lifetime customer! I doubt that I will ever buy another vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend this dealership!

My vehicle was in for a transmission check and a recall. The transmission check was fine. The dealership did not have the parts for the recall so I had to reschedule. On the reschedule date, my vehicle was there all day. The service department took in 20 vehicles more than were scheduled for that day. My vehicle was never touched. I had to bring it in the next day...again. That day it was done in two hours. I live 35 miles away from the dealership. I have to take time away from work with the change in hours from the old dealership to get it in for service. In this case, 3 times. On the first case, I could have understood as the dealership had just been transition over to Schomp. First impressions are not very favorable.

Thomas was great! He got me the truck I wanted at a fair price and stayed past closing to get the deal done. No pressure sales and very professional. Would recommend dealing with him anytime for any type budget. Great customer service!!
