Great food and customer service! My husband and I tried out Trifecta on a whim but are now hooked. The food is great and makes dinner time a breeze, but the customer service is what has us really hooked. They're incredibly flexible with everything: delivery address, subscription changes...literally everything. They're also super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Special shout out to Emily who helped me most recently with a unique issue and got it all sorted without me having to lift a finger. Highly recommend!

Great food and great service! I love Trifecta! They take the stress and guess work out of the “what’s for dinner” question and eliminate the time consuming meal prep and monotony of eating the same thing for dinner for days on end. The meals are delicious and nutritious with a lot of variety with perfect macros. But even more than that is their commitment to helping customers learn about nutrition and having a healthy approach to the nutrition angle of health and fitness. Finally, their customer service is top notch. They are quick, helpful and care. I am so grateful for Trifecta!

Great customer service, terrific options for healthy and high quality food. Loved the macro and calorie intro with staff. The only downside was that paleo did not work for me because I am a picky eater and the order is chef selection. I have been very happy with classic because I can customize to my taste and needs. Huge bonus is that classic is very low sodium too. Super thrilled and recommend Trifecta. Why only 4* ? 1. there is no classic version of vegetarian to mix things up. 2. The app is well intentioned but it does not integrate with tracker bands for activity and cannot import data from other sources. If I could give 4.5 I would :) Thank you Trifecta Team!@

Excellent no-nonsense customer service! I actually needed to cancel my subscription due to financial concerns, but Dale didn't try to pressure me to stay or lead me through a drawn-out script before processing the cancelation. He was efficient and kind, canceled the subscription right away, and only after doing so, offered some tips on saving some money should I ever wish to return. Thanks to his no-hassle service and down-to-earth attitude, I just may return when my financial situation and/or needs change. Oh, and I did love the way the food made me feel, as well!

I'm so glad I invested into this meal delivery option. I am a busy mom of 3 and I honestly HATE meal prep. This service is amazing, I know I'm getting good WHOLE foods that fit in my macros and it's not taking up my entire day! This is truly a value add!
