I usually love little caesars. But they need to fire some of their current employees. Their lack of respect/interest in the customer is astonishing. I waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged, to then be told that I would have to wait an additional 6 mins at least to get a hot n ready pepperoni pizza. So I left without receiving an apology. This used to NEVER happen. Quality and reputation are the most important thing for a business. Once those things decrease... The business loses what made it what it was to begin with.
I am shocked. This used to be the best store in greater Sacramento county. I live in fair oaks and drive to Folsom because of this. They have raised their prices, and they had to make my order from scratch, well that might be alright, but nobody there was friendly or smiling. Yes I can tell if you are smiling under the mask. In 15 yrs this was first time I felt they didn't care if I was there or not. They dont do special orders any more. This ( pandemic ) has hit another restaurant. It was a bad experience.
Great price for what you get. I just call ahead and they make the pizza fresh and it avoids the hassle of waiting in line. Their store is pretty small so trying to order inside during busy times can be frustrating.
Love the food. Delicious.
They don't care about the customer. The pizza i received was clearly a day old. Disgusting!
