Had bad experience at this location. Put in a delivery order for medium pizza and wings in which they gave me a 50 minute wait time. After an hour I called to check and was told pizza just came out of oven and was about to be on the way. I'm about 2 miles or less away. An additional 45 minutes went by and I called again and the manager said it was on the way. The 50 minute wait turned into an 1hour and 50min. All the manager said was sorry we're busy. I'll try a different location next time. The pizza itself was good though.nnEdit: mountain mikes reached out about my service and apologized. Based upon the customer service afterwords and the pizza quality being good I updated my review from 2 stars to 4 stars.
Well first of all the pizza was good! Second of all the people were very kind and helpful. We held amateur radio exams for licensing, and were able to space out with more than appropriate social distancing and still have a wonderful dining room to ourselves for our exams. After our exams we always have a pizza feast, which was very good and again the help could not have been kinder. Our thanks to mountain Mike's for hosting us.
Ordered a mini pepperoni for my son & shared a large Everest with my wife and daughter. Pizza is always scrumptious.ud83dude00
I love this mountain mike's, it far surpasses the previous chains we have visited in the arden and rio linda/north highlands area. The associates here are conscientious of cleanliness and proper food preparation. We just moved to Folsom this year and have ordered here twice, one delivery and one pickup. Each time it's been a great experience, I absolutely recommend this pizza place. (I was not paid for this review) Repeat customer for sure!
Easy to order by phone, ready when I got there. Don't forget to ask for the veterans discount.
