Our storage unit lock was cut and some of our belongings stolen (mower, tools, bike trailer). We decided to cut our losses and not make a police report since it would be unlikely we would ever get them anyway. I called twice to let Outback know and never received a call back. You would think they might want to know? I had already canceled our unit and then received a bill. Owner is nice but they seem to need additional security and better records.
Mark is a wonderful person!! Worked with me on paying off an overdue unit, and didn't just get rid of my belongings. Absolutely an incredible guy to buisness with!
