After traveling all day I really wanted something warm and satisfying that was Vegan/Vegetarian. This was by far the best Himalayan food I have ever eaten. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was tranquil and the music made me feel so happy and relaxed. There was beautiful art that adorned the walls that can be purchased as well. I highly recommend this place for excellent quality food and incredible service!! A++

We had a really lovely lunch. The service is amazing. I looked at the menu and wanted to try everything on it. It is a huge menu. I wish we were in town longer so we could go back. Next time for sure. I'm very surprised by some of the reviews complaining about the level of spice. Perhaps Culver's or Pizza Hut might be a better option. As for us, we enjoy good food. My boyfriend is a chef so I know the difference between bland and delicious.

Wow! This was so good! I had the Malai Kofta which is a vegetarian dish (and I'm not vegetarian) and my husband had the Chicken Coconut Korma. Definitely, some of the best we've had in our travels. We were in Rapid City last year and ate at a couple of other Nepalese/Indian restaurants and this was hands down our favorite. We will be back the next time we're in town. You gotta go!

Moving across the country, we found that we kept eating fried Americana. Honestly we weren't expecting much different in Rapid City. We saw this place as it was very close to our AirBnB and decided to give it a shot. And are we glad we did! This was some of the best Indian/Nepali food we have ever had. Their Momo's were on point and the Vegetable Korma was delicously zingy and spicy. We were very pleased, and if we lived in the area, would make it a regular stop. Thank you!

After a long and cold day we stopped at Himalayan Kitchen as we were traveling through and we’re blessed to have found this gem. Food was perfectly seasoned and my husband said it was one of the best Nepali- Indian food he had have in a long time. We ordered Samosa Chaat, Chicken T. Masala, Saag Paneer, Chicken MoMo and Aloo Paratha and every single dish was excellent.nThank you so much to the owner and cooks of this wonderful restaurant. If you are around Rapid city and want good Nepali-Indian food please give this place a try.
