Caught some nice sized trout. Don't worry, they were released.
It's everything a primitive campsite can be. No running water, no bathroom facilities, no vending machines/snack bars, and not too many people around. There was plenty of flat ground for setting up tents. The ground is mostly either dirt road or deep layers of pine needles. It was quiet and peaceful.
Great campgrounds with nice little creeks around the campgrounds
There is creek running through this campsite. There is pit toilets available. Camp sites are not as close together as the lower campground.
As of June 24, 2019 it is closed due to flooding of Deadman Creek.
