Great dance studio for beginners & experienced dancers alike! Very professional husband-wife team owners/instructors with numerous years of professional dancing & instructional experience under their belt... solid knowledge, instruction & critiques... we have taken weekly lessons there for almost 2 years & have learned numerous dances, styles & techniques... we highly recommend The Sound of Dance!
We had a great experience learning a custom first dance for our wedding. As we are both over 50 we were delighted that these old dogs could in fact learn new tricks ! They made the process so much fun . We felt great for our our big day and look like one of those cool dancing couples at other weddings and special events:-)

Instructor Dmitry Filatov is extremely unprofessional. He has no floorcraft, smashes his students into other couples, and then abandons his students on one side of the floor to run to the other side to attempt to pick a fight during a competition. Dmitry needs to spend less time attempting to be a tough guy, and more time learning what the line of dance is.nnIn case anyone has any questions, I have video of his antics a mouse click away. Do not entrust this man with your money.
