Their burritos are massive. You can't even get one hand around them. The size reminds me of an chubby guinea pig. Each bite is just bursting with flavor. The ingredients taste fresh. The tortilla wrap holds everything together nicely. I found the chips to be too salty but some like it that way.
The staff was really nice but the food not so great. My daughter ordered a burrito and I got a salad bowl, both added rice. The rice wasn't cooked all the way and tasted like small rocks. It wasn't just a few grains. I've been to this same Chipotle a few times but it was my daughter's first time and we were both disappointed.
Don’t get me wrong, I adore chipotle. However, this location NEVER FAILS to get my order entirely wrong, and skimps on every item (my bowl was not even half way full). I previously worked in food service, so I do show compassion and understanding when mistakes are made, however, the repeated inconsistency and lack of attention makes my experience here unenjoyable. For this I will be making the longer trip, to a location farther from my home, in hopes to have my order made correctly and in adequate portioning for the price.
Quick, friendly service. Good food
For years people can't believe I've never been. I'm up on the media reports of this place. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt one night after the gym. Well, after a 30 minute wait and the fattiest chicken ever, I'm good! I will never go again. Thank you for proving me right!
