Awful service from Mural. Extremely rude and forceful with my elderly Grandmother. Completely ignored the issue and my grandmother's request. If you choose to go here, I highly recommend avoiding her.

Great place to be and they have lawyers who care. You have to qualify for their services.

The gatekeepers here are unnecessarily and purposefully unhelpful. They are rude, demeaning, and judgemental. There should be a much larger sense of community and support than what is offered. All around a very disappointing experience asking for legal advice.

You can definitely tell its a free lawyer service! They are so unprofessional and worthless.
