Very satisfied
Old Navy used to be a very fairly inexpensively priced store and now they're getting very pricey and when I went in I had shop cards from athleta who owns Old Navy along with GAP and banana Republic I asked the girl as soon as I walked in would I be able to use it and she said probably I don't see why not she couldn't get through when she radio to the manager she said but if anything happens I'm sure we can work something out for you so I spent an hour trying on clothes and finding the right thing and after all that time I finally had made my selections and when I went to check out they were extremely rude and they just said sorry that's not accepted here I said well first of all I checked Google and Google says that it is because Google does say it is I said and I also asked your employee as soon as I walked through the store an hour ago and she said that no matter what we could work something out and they will like sorry so I just left everything there and walked out without saying another word to them extremely angry for my wasted time and how I was treated.
Hi I’ve been to this location multiple times, and every time I’ve been there I’ve run into a little problem with the manger, her name is Sarah. Every time I ask of they have something in a different size or if I can try something on she has some type of snarky remark to make. All the other employees are wonderful, but Sarah just ruins my trip there every time!
My favorite store was fast didnt see anything I wanted
Love the selection of clothes and their employees. They are always friendly and helpful. They have social distancing in place and it works well for them
