Quality service!nGreat professional and friendly shop. Very passionate about supreme customer service/satisfaction.. If you are in need of automotive care, please consider A And W Auto Repair. There to serve your every auto need. Made a an appointment for a Monday that I missed called back on Friday morning they came and picked up my jeep did the oil change, new brakes, state inspection and returned it to me same day in the afternoon! . Thanks for the superb service. If you have never stopped in, please consider giving them a try and see for yourself the quality of service offered and trustworthy staff.

Just found my new shop! Fast, friendly, professional and convenient service. Price was better than national chain tire shop. They also picked up my vehicle and dropped off as a complimentary service. Even took a look at the brakes per my request. Glad I found this shop!

Quality repair work at fair prices and excellent customer servicenTime after time, John and A&W Auto staff consistently provide the best car repair service around. I was referred to A&W several years ago and immediately experienced what all my co-workers and friends were talking about. I have brought all of our vehicles here ever since.nIf you need repair work, there is no place in the MA/RI region that provides this kind of customer satisfaction. I usually have my car picked up at my office in Smithfield, but due to the quarantine, I was working from home. No problem. John drove the 30 minutes to get my car, provided updates via text and phone (when discussion was needed on parts, etc.) did the work for a very fair price, and dropped it back in my driveway.nYou cannot go wrong doing business with A&W. There just aren't many instances in life anymore where you get above and beyond what you pay for. I no longer stress about car repair logistics (are we going to get gouged? how many days will we have to wait? will we be left guessing on what is happening? how do we arrange rides to drop off or pick up? etc.).

They're good. Reasonably priced, always quick. And they're nice to me when I go there. I like that...they even pick up your car if you need it. I've just found them very helpful. Never had a negative experience.

I called about timing chains they replaced less than a year ago and we are having issues again with timing chains. When I called to explain John the owner told me he is busy and to bring it the following week. Well the following week comes and I call again and he gives me the same answer. I told him that’s what he said last week. He said he didn’t even want to look at my car and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and poor business owner. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
