Robin is a professional and works hard to be sure that all your bills are paid and you are compensated for your tragic event of whatever happened to you. This is my story. We hired D. Robin Gouveia, Esquire after trying to deal with the insurance company ourselves. I am a christian was thinking that I should just give the insurance company a chance to make me an offer before having to threaten a lawsuit. Well, it did not go well. I was hit by a drunk driver and if the driver did not hit me she would have hit a house killing all 6 of the drunk teens in the car. After she hit me the kids all ran out of the car yelling at me. I left the accident devastated not just physically but emotionally. I guess it's true the sober one gets the most hurt. I had many bills and I wanted to be sure that everyone was paid back. She able to read the insurance policies in a way I would not and did not understand. I was working with the insurance company before hiring Robin and they just wanted me to sign off on everything. Robin was able to run my report with my health insurance agency and get all my bills assuring me that everyone was paid. I just received a settlement and she is working on a second settlement that I would have never in a million years understood that I had a right to receive.
