Had issues in the past, was helping my father pickup my mother's prescription. Particular associate had a listening issue mistaked name and date of birth 3 times. After clearing up the issue my father had. Same associate began escalating a non issue and started accusing me of being rude, putting words in my mouth that I didn't say, tried bringing other associates over. They used Covid-19 as an excuse, I answered that other locations handled things better and that this location has been the only disappointment. They as usual with this store and their pride and lack of knowledge, don't know how much is too much when it comes to trying to make the customer feel bad even though the customer and their doctor tend to have a better understanding, that it becomes harassment. The receipt was printed and given to me and I walked out, for I care not to entertain these shananagans. By the way this pertains only to the pharmacy section, and their are a small group that's not as bad but, enough is enough I'm making my parents switch pharmacy's. Google seriously needs to add 0 and .5 review options. Also by the way this all started today because they over heard me explaing to my father that they sell over the counter at the pharmacy section, they twisted the conversation and said I was rude for saying that and my previous experiences with them. Apperently this group, does not like true criticism of the poor customer service my doctor's staff and I had dealt with in the past. Don't see people get so excited over a calm statement of criticism, it's unfortunate that they lack professionalism still, but hopefully they will improve, as we all should.

I love the people very friendly only problem is they need more counter help for the demand of customers they have.

You can find some good sales. Staff is amazing in the pharmacy Dept.
