Really appreciated the excellent customer service that I received from A Towing. Was stuck on the side of the road simply out of gas, and the tech was super helpful to take me to THREE different places to get gas and a battery charge. Very friendly & courteous. Highly recommend their service.

Called the company to get a jump start. Arrived in 15 minutes as I was told and diagnosed the problem determining faulty batteries. They recommended East Bay service center who was able to replace the batteries. It is a pleasure to know that there is still honest and reliable people out there. Highly recommend!

So let's start out with Mike being a great tow guy my brothers vehicle was stuck in a trail about a mile in we called difference services got the run around contacted mike he said absolutely right away & he was actually the furthest company from us it was a little challenging as it was a 2017 honda accord yes vehicle doesn't belong in the trail but besides that Mike did his thing & managed to get the car out he was even nice enough to bring us to the nearest gas station definitely a five star job, company,& employee

INCREDIBLE. Wish all companies operated like A Towing. My partner and I were stranded on the highway in the breakdown lane for over two hours while Geico tried to send us assistance. Mike from A Towing noticed we were sitting there for a while and took time out of his evening to come check on us. He waited with us for 20 minutes while our Geico assistance was still “on their way.” He then graciously offered us a tow to the nearest gas station. Couldn’t have been a nicer gentleman and truly saved us from a terrible accident. No sense in calling any other towing company. A Towing is the superior service. Thank you again for your help. So grateful.
