I've been here on 3 occasions for tire repair, an inspection, and most recently for a new set of tires & alignment. Service has always been great & quick turnaround too.nnTheir online platform will provide you with a guaranteed quote for services and then let you book an appointment, I always appreciate when shops make it this easy.nnThe new tires & the alignment had my 2011 dodge van driving like new. Fixed some steering wheel shake I'd been feeling for the past several months and overall felt great on the road.
Great shop, kind, doesn't laugh at you no matter what your car situation is, fair, fast, and reasonable. Will be going back because my car will have more problems for sure.
This place is super easy going. They will give you honest car advise, even if it means they make less money (which is super rare to find). Service is usually very quick and same day.
DO NOT USE THE ONLINE SCHEDULING, IT'S COMPLETELY INCORRECT AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
Very helpful. Went above and beyond to help me get tires last minute. They did the work the same day. Everywhere else i called on a Saturday told me they couldn't do anything until Monday. And this Monro didn't even have my size tire at the shop at the time. Told me they would see what they could do and called me back telling me to bring my car in. I was impressed. Sam was pleasant, especially being there on a Saturday. Thank you.
