Placed mobile order, arrived and the place was slow the employees were hanging out and talking. Started my order after I arrived snd it was wrong. They remade the drink and it didn’t have the 3 shots I paid for. Ended up paying over 6.00 for a tall hot chocolate.
Fast online order..bacon sausage breakfast burrito is bomb
This Starbucks is exceptional with customer service... and the pup a cino is great our dog loves it
Great location! Very convenient and the staff is very nice.
Staffs there have been not nice and getting wrong order in person and through app several times. Mistakes are fine but how they handle them every time was not professional compared to other Starbucks branches in Providence.
