Been here a handful of times, and one of the times I had the opportunity to chat with the owner. Very friendly and we had a good conversation.nnQuality of the tea is very good. Very flavorful. I'm taking a star off because I was not overly impressed with the brown sugar syrup that was used in my tea, but maybe I've been spoiled by having had brown sugar milk teas all over the world, at some of the most famous places to order it.nnSeems that they offer a much wider variety of teas, for things beyond the typical boba shop. I will be interested to indulge in some more exotic teas that I have not had in a while.
Can get pricey but well worth it. My favorite boba joint in RI, but they don't consistently have non-dairy milk options, which is why it's not 5 stars. Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Chris.
Really good bubble tea and very nice staff. It was like my second time ordering so I didn't really know how to order and the guy was very patient and kind really great overall experience and has the best tasting bubbles in providence. This is the place I recommend to my friends for bubble tea.
The drinks are delicious, but the employees seem scared for their lives. I hope the owner or manager isn’t abusive. Also, not sure why I am unable to customize some of the drinks; Maybe they don’t want people complaining if the drink comes out bad?
Delicious! I got the queen’s early grey milk tea with brown sugar boba and it was the best bubble tea I’ve ever had! I would recommend getting half sugar because the boba is very sweet.
