I used this storage for about 2 years. It is easily accessible, clean, and well maintained. When we moved our stuff in, they allowed us to use their truck. Friendly and helpful, and reasonably priced. I definitely would recommend this business over others that I have utilized in the past.
When you move from a house to a apartment you don't have a lot of space so I rented at west main self storage. I am very happy with my choice. It's heated and very clean.
West Main Storage is the best! I would never store my stuff anywhere else. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The owner is really low key and knows what he's doing. The facility is well laid out. Because the units are climate-controlled you don't have to worry about your valuables getting ruined. There are plenty of dolleys to move stuff around, and unlike other facilities I've seen, the dolleys are a good size. They even have a bathroom on the first floor! You might be able to get cheaper units elsewhere but I have been to those places (helping friends move) and they just aren't as good and moving is a lot harder. Also, because of all the security cameras I know my stuff is safe.
I’ve had a storage unit at West Main Storage for many years. The staff is courteous and will assist you whenever needed. The units and the building itself are very clean. The prices of the various units are reasonable compared with similar storage companies in town. I would highly recommend using West Main Storage.
