They were great! Safety is number 1 in their book and I really appreciate that. Staff is very professional. Shout out to Andrew, our instructor, who was fantastic. We could not stop talking about his teaching ability and positive attitude. Thank you.

I consider this place as one of the best for price, offer and atmosphere they do have. We started to use Newport Sail about three years ago. No problem at all, we always have had good time. Stuff was helpful, friendly and ready to work with us. This season started a bit rough. I experienced something similar to described by Mrs. Colleen McCann also with one of the female employee. However let’s put it clear everything was handled in professional and fair way by the supervising stuff. One small event cannot affect picture as a whole. We enjoyed our day sailing around Fort Adams. Equipment is in good condition, maintained well. New building is outstanding. Stuff is open minded and very professional. I do recommend this place.

Along with Fort Adams State Park, Sail Newport is the people's access to Newport Harbor and lower Narragansett Bay waterfront. Rent a J22 with friends to sail around the bay, bring your boat and sign up for yard storage for access to the ramps and cranes, or just show up on a Tuesday or Thursday as prospective crew. Sail Newport is also the premier juniors sailing program in the lower bay. Stop by the fort and enjoy all Sail Newport has to offer!

Sail to Prevail is a group of young people who bring those who have intellectual and physical limitations out for a sail around the Newport Bridge. Our ladies loved the entire time out on the ocean waves! My Coworker and I found the experience very uplifting and exhilarating! What a great organization! We love you, Sail to Prevail!
