I feel like the word slow doesn't do it justice, if you order ahead you may get your wait time down to 15min. i made the mistake of ordering in store, 30 min later I walk out with one sub...... i don't know if they had to raise and slaughter it in the back first, but damn that was no $15 a hour effort., cant wait for the robots to replace this level of help.
Have yet to have a bad experience at this location. If im nitpicking I would say when I order a Large, I expect more chicken/steak etc. as opposed to just a bigger sized bread with the same contents as would be put in a medium..feel like I eat more bread than product..more of a corporate issue than a certain location issue would be my guess

Good food. Just wish that when we order multiple sandwiches that they are marked. Fresh, hot, and made to order.
2nd friendliest staff of 20 location I've been to. But the location that had the friendliest staff...also messed up my order a few more times so all things considered...This is my favorite location. Not to mention they NEVER skimp on the meat or toppings. On occasion in fact I get TOO MUCH and need a fork to eat the excess before the sub! NO SUCH THING AS TOO MUCH FOR THESE GUYS!
