Bamboo is a fast and easy restaurant. Make sure you have right menu and prices. The menus online are all outdated and prices have been updated. Nonetheless you are definitely your money’s worth. The food is fresh and delicious. I’ve been ordering here for over 10 years now and have experience nothing except satisfaction. If you know the menu and know what you want, you are set. My favorite order is the General Tso’s Chicken with a large order of chicken wings. They even built a whole barrier for the pandemic. I know I can definitely enjoy both the food and be safe. Lucy is a delight to talk to. The restaurant can be pretty busy sometimes, but it just shows how good of a place they are.

The lady at the counter was rather impatient and didn’t show good manners. We asked questions and were told to go outside (in the cold) to see pictures of what the food looks like. The gentleman after us walked out displeased without ordering anything, having similar trouble. They don’t speak good English here which is understandable, but better customer service is a must.

Women who worked tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional. Asked for her name and she hung up.n-Update: I called to speak with the store manager and the same lady was there again claiming to be the owner of the store and then put her son on saying that she is the manager. This establishment is very unprofessional. Called me crazy and hung up because I asked for both their names to put in a proper complaint because all I wanted was my order repeated before I pay for it. They need to be properly trained on customer service or hire someone more professional. I will never be ordering from this establishment or recommend it to anyone as well. China star is way better and treats people with respect.

Clean restaurant. Very tasty food. Big portions. Tofu dishes also. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible service! Told the lady 3 times what I wanted and she still made it wrong. When I brought it in and complained she YELLED at me and told me I had to eat the wrong food she made. I made a scene and she finally agreed to remake the food,, but didnt bag it or give utensils the second time. Unless you speak fluent Chinese she can understand, I wouldn't advise coming here
