Run, don't walk, from this guy! He told me we won our case, then when court resumed later that afternoon, he put me on the stand as the defendant, didn't prepare me, didn't put my opponent (the plaintiff) on the stand (because he 'would only lie') and without making our case, we lost!!! So along with losing the case, I lost the five thousand dollars I paid him up front--for two court appearances and very fishy records of his time spent working on it. Any time I spent with FF, he went on about his own personal escapades in the military and his family life--definitely not professional. And twice the case was rescheduled for a later date and he didn't let me know until early that morning, with a phone call from his assistant. One of the times it was postponed because he was on vacation. I don't know how winning FF is in general--foolishly I didn't check first--though one case he told me he was working on, he lost as well. This joker blathered on in court to the plaintiff's attorney, whom he disparaged privately to me before the trial, saying 'my brother! my brother!' but never addressing the facts of the case to the judge. Poor value, poor quality, unresponsive and unsuccessful.
