Pretty good. The people that work there seem to have it together.
I really enjoy the spa area. It's available for Black card members only. So just pay the $20+ it's so worth it. After you beat your body down, then you can get unlimited chair or hydro bed massages. The TBE is my favorite.
If I could give zero stars, I would!! After countless months trying to cancel a membership, unexpected fee charges, closed gyms etc, the management at Middletown Gym has the audacity to have an attitude when questioned why a simple action can not be done without being charged over and over again. The absolute unprofessional behavior is atrocious! I will never ever again use a Planet Fitness on this earth again!
Very inviting and not one person in there is judgemental.
Been a member for almost a year now, I usually go workout in the mornings because of my work schedule, this is probably the sixth time this place doesn’t open on time. Usually wait at least 20mins past scheduled opening time. Currently it has passed 30 mins and still not open.
