Awful experience that wasted our time and money. Ryan refused to acknowledge a clear mistake on his part in selecting a logo color significantly different from a sample we had approved. When we complained at this poor color match and the many weeks we had waited for the work to complete, we were met with a frankly childish response and finally, insults. We ended up paying another local company to unpick and re-do of all the garments we had taken to NPT. This time the job was turned around quickly and with a perfect color match.
Outstanding customer service and top quality embroidery, I highly recommend Ryan and his team to anyone who is looking for custom embroidery work and will continue doing business here in the future!
NPT Sportswear offers much more than sportswear. I am a wedding planner and have used his products for my clients -- I am ordering custom linen hemstitch napkins, personalized cocktail napkins, wedding welcome bags, chic shirts for staff. Don't let the name fool you -- NPT Sportswear has an endless array of products. Ryan is efficient, helpful and always willing to find the best deal. Product quality is excellent.
NPT Sports wear has branded all of the merchandise sold at NPT & Co. from bags, to hats (both ball caps & beanies), pillow cases, jackets (winter & rain jackets), long sleeved & short sleeved shirts.
