Fashion emergency thwarted! My husband and I came out to Rhode Island for his best friend's wedding, and found that the tuxes the groom and groomsmen rented from the affiliated tux rental place (you know the name) were all poorly fitted and looked horrendous. Enter Todd and the team at Joseph A Bank. They were able to get my husband, the groom, and the other groomsman hooked up with new suits, accessories and tailoring in less than 24 hours (we stopped in at noon today, and pickup will be ready at 4 pm, but we'll be back tomorrow)!!! In addition, Todd called the regional manager for both brands, to ensure a smooth return. Thanks again! You guys saved the day!!!

Great assistance from Eli. We were dealing with a lost suitcase of my husbands and were able to purchase everything he needed right here with such a pleasant and knowledgeable salesman. Wonderful experience under trying conditions. Highly recommend especially with Eli!

Came here looking for some cheap cufflinks since I forgot my good set at home and was headed to a wedding near by. I had bought a custom suit from another Jos. A. Bank (all the trimmings) and was hoping they'd just hook me up with a rope cufflinks it came with but that wasn't happening here. No one really helped with my special circumstance. Had to buy a $70 set I didn't need. Just going to return it. Was hoping to get some great service here, but it didn't happen.

Customer service, style and selection is excellent! Angel has helped my son many times - he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we rely on him to help us make the best decisions! The quality of the clothing is exceptional. The store frequently has great sales. Overall, a fantastic place to shop!!!
