Just walked out with a beautiful RAV4! Jim and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My knowledge of cars is limited so they walked me through all of my options. I would give 0 stars if I could.nnCame in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted almost $900 for things needed to be replaced (parts and labor) by your service department.nnSince money is tight these days I got a second opinion from a mechanic that came highly recommended from a friend.nnTurns out your service department tried to scam me for almost $500 of repairs that my car did NOT need.nnAbsolutely despicable. Shame on you.nnNeedless to say I will never be back.
DJ is a great salesman, he isn't pushy at all and he is very knowledgeable. He team-worked with Cesare. I will definitely remain a loyal customer of Langway (I have already leased 3 vehicles there). Thank you DJ and Cesare!
I have bought several cars from Langway Toyota this was my first Nissan Titan. I had two tiny issues covered by my excellent warranty. I always swap out my chrome rims to my alloy rims for the winter. The service department and sales department are excellent. You may have to wait a little longer right now due to COVID, but that’s understandable. They always take great care of me and James cares about his customers. Thank you very much.
