Wonderful staff! We use the app to order when we were staying in Newport. For some reason, the app defaulted to our local store in East Greenwich despite specifically choosing this location. The East Greenwich store on Main Street was unwilling to give us a credit and made it clear that they were inconvenienced to set our order aside to pick up later. This store gave us our order and did not charge us for it because they understood the mix-up. Very very professional and customer service oriented!
The Starbucks app consistently does not work. Leaving my review here since no one at corporate cares that millions of people are complaining about this across Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Reddit and others. The owners need to run this up the chain. Every time the app breaks I go right next door to Dunkin where I use their Perks app without flaw.

Who doesn't love Starbucks? Great staff, great food and drink.
