The service here was actually really great considering how many tourists were here. It's located in a very busy part of Newport, so I expected the service to be sub par. I was pleasantly surprised that my order came out fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend stopping by here to grab a coffee or a quick snack.
The sweetest baristas. They are always so helpful when I want to try something new i actually drive across island because they are so patient even though its busy.
Wish there was better accessibility for wheelchairs. There is only one small door available to enter even though there are double doors. There are two sets of doors, but only one set of doors has a ramp. There is always a sign blocking the second door on the ground. Even if you have someone move the sign for you they LOCK the second door. When we have asked someone behind the counter to unlock the door - they have said we don't know how, or it gets stuck? Not a great answer.....

Starbucks in Newport is the best. The sitting areas are very cozy, and the staff is welcoming.
