We arrived at Empire this morning. Placed our order and walked to side to wait for items. Girl came to us 10 minutes later system down need card again. We give her card it goes through gives receipt. Twenty minutes later we ask about order and said you did not ask our name she said oh it’s fine. Fifteen minutes later we ask again about order to another girl. What’s the name? She didn’t ask us our name. Comes back says oh system was down and original girl says no no it went through. I said 40 minutes waiting for an order? She said we can cancel and credit your acct. I said yes. The most unorganized place. There were at least 5 employees working and 40 minutes still no coffee? Maybe if they would focus on orders and stop laughing, talking and screaming out the orders would be done in a timely fashion. There was a young man next to us. He walked up and said I’ve been here 30 minutes for an iced coffee. Ridiculous. And they could care less. No apologies etc. careless unorganized bunch of workers. I really hope the owner reads this review. Go elsewhere.

They have decent selections. Their tapioca boba definitely isn’t the best. When you do order a tea with boba, they WILL fill the cup half way. Just letting you know a head of time. Fair warning.

Great atmosphere, great coffee and tea. Pretty kid friendly too which is a massive plus. Usually camp out here with a coffee and my daughter when mom has appointments.

I wish I could give this place a 4.5, but didn’t feel like I could round up to the full 5 stars. It’s very cute inside, the food menu sounded delicious, and they have tons of flavors of bubble tea!! My vanilla latte was very tasty, but it came to me lukewarm and was cold within a couple of minutes. I was really craving a hot drink on a cold fall day, so I was just sort of disappointed. Still, Empire seems like a nice shop, and I’d go back to try the bubble tea!
