We have been using H&R Block for years now and this is the first time we have ever had issues. I understand that processes have changed but the fact that it has taken 2 weeks just to get feedback and work with our tax pro was unacceptable. Susan Domina was not in correspondence with us and whoever answers the main line seemed not to know what was going on either. We are done with H&R Block and heading to Liberty Tax. Thanks. Good luck to everyone else!

The drop off service is super convenient for a working parent like myself. Giselle literally handled everything,all I had to do was come by and sign. Hours are also prefect.
