This is the best salon I have ever been to. I look forward to my appointments with Holly every 6-8 weeks. She always delivers exactly what I’m asking for and knows all of the latest trends in hair. I also love that she always curls my hair every time! Everyone I have come in contact with is so kind and I truly get a feel that they are all best friends outside of work.

I wish I could give 0 star. The worst customer service ever!nI had a full highlight service with Chelsea.nFirst of all, the result was nothing like the inspiration picture that I showed her. My grays were not even covered.nAlso, I believe she didn't leave the smudge long enough so I had blue purple strands in my hair.nThe color of my highlight was not even at the top and the bottom of my hair.nI asked her to fix the issue and gave me an appointment for Saturday morning and here is my main complaint.nI asked her 3 times to apply a color lighter than my natural and she put a color as dark as my hair.nShe told me that she doesn't have enough time to style my hair and I said that's ok.nBut she didn't even wash properly!!nThere were still shampoo and color on my hair cause she rinsed very quickly. Look at my finger nails!!!nAlso my hair is so damaged after the new highlight for the first time after having highlighted hair for 10 years! and I had to spend $100 on olaplex hoping it can restore the damaged hair!!! I paid $280 for the service and I was told that $100 will be refunded, but I received $90!

Chelsea Holly is a gem in the world of hair. She always makes me feel welcome and does a fantastic job. I love going to Wildflower because the salon is so cute and I get treated so well. I've been to Chelsea several times throughout the past year after having the salon recommended to me by a close friend and I've always been extremely pleased with the results.

I’ve been going to this salon since they opened their doors. It’s a rare gem in Toledo and I always feel welcome and excited to get my hair done. Shannon is the only stylist I’ve been with but ALL the stylists seem so friendly. Check out any of their Instagram pages and you can see how incredibly talented all of the stylists are at Wildflower.

I have been seeing Sarah Broadway for a few years, and she's the best! I even visit her at the Maumee location, even though it's farther from my house. She's professional and friendly. I always leave feeling great. I can't wait until my next appointment with her.
