Cronin GMC of Perrysburg

The service department is phenomenal. Everyone is professional, and there isn't much turnover so you get to know the employees. No issues so far with all the repairs and oil changes I've had done. The last time I updated this review was 2 years ago and I'm still entrusting Cronin with the care of my vehicle. No complaints at all!nnStaff are accommodating and very easy to work with. Going to Cronin is a low stress experience when getting your vehicle fixed. I've had several stressful issues with my vehicle and the staff made those situations much more manageable. They were also honest and did not rip me off during repairs.nnI highly recommend their services!

Got my oil changed while I waited on Saturday morning. Entire staff was very friendly + helpful. I’ll be a returning customer. Also the price of my oil change was less expensive than what you’d pay at Valvoline.

Update on 1/22/2021. I appreciate the follow up on my review. I can understand the confusion and having aftermarket tires. I do after your response feel like the inspection was done. Thank you for the ease of mind. However upon further inspection your tech would have seen that the over size tires our load rate e with a PSI rating between 40 and 80. With an optimum rating of 50 to 55 psi. I understand they see a lot of different tires and are used to going by the specs for the vehicle. No harm no foul I was able to air up the one low tire. Other oil change establishments I have deflated the tires to vehicle spec which is worse yet. So at least they left them as they were. I have adjusted my initial rating to reflect the new information.nnUsed them for an oil change on my GMC. Very friendly and helpful. They had a coupon for full synthetic 6 quarts $45. Was for an oil change 100 point inspection and tire rotation. Which this is a good price for a dextrose.nthe only issue I had was they did not do the tire rotation. And the 100 point multi-inspection includes checking tire pressure filters and so on. tire pressure was exactly as it was when I came in with one of my tires over 10 lb lower. and it showed everything was okay on the inspection which leads me to believe they are not actually doing the inspection.nI could be wrong but that would be the most likely reason why it wasn't found but the chart showed that everything was okay. I am not saying the service wasn't good just makes you think twice about returning.

I only have great things to say about Matt Cunningham's customer service. I recently came in for an oil change and Matt noticed my rear fender was no longer aligned. I never noticed. The next time I came in, they fixed it. Not only that but Matt always makes sure my car is washed and the rims shine.nnUpdate 2/10/2021: Matt Cunningham's customer service is still the best. I had a problem with my car and Matt helped me, set up an appointment, and get my car fixed! My car was returned again washed and rims shining.

Was very happy with my experience. I have purchased two cars from the facility. Mr. Matthew Cunningham was my salesman. Outstanding customer service from this young man. On both occasions the sale was quick and fast with no hassles. I highly recommend this dealership and the salesman. Thank you.
