My mother in law has been a Volvo owner for over 20 years and as a loyal owner she is also very loyal to where she services her car. Yesterday she was having some issues with her key and stopped by Volvo of Perrysburg. Though this is not her normal dealer she will be utilizing them going forward. Her experience was beyond fantastic. Not only did the gentleman in Service (Stephen) give her a new key battery he also checked her tires at no charge. It’s nice to know a dealership isn’t looking to take advantage of people, especially the elder. She wanted me to write a letter to the owner, however I assured her this would be suffice. Thanks again to Stephen and the team at Perrysburg.
