This is an overall great dealership. I worked with Kevin Cook in the sales department and he absolutely exceeded expectations in our purchase of a 2020 Yukon XL. Kevin was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any of our questions. He was also the only salesman that didn’t hound us with text/calls/emails after our visit.nI had already experienced years of good service from the maintenance department so I naturally looked to this dealer when I began the search for a new vehicle. I did take a look at comparable vehicles from the local competitors but in the end, the service and the professionalism at Perrysburg Auto Mall put them on top.

Tried to sell me a van way over priced, had many things wrong and would not reduce price. Wanted me to buy the vehicle and get a promise note to fix all things that were broken but would not fix before sale.
