Excellent customer service! Jessica was great with getting us into a vehicle that fits our family. The finance department was great with working with us. The whole staff made us feel welcomed and not like just a sales commission. I see us buying future cars from them. Thank you!

I chose to go to Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg for a new car because over 11 years I have never had a negative experience with them. This is the third car I've gotten from them. Everyone from my sales person, James Leasure to the finance person, James Riley and everyone in between were professional, friendly and helpful. I genuinely felt their goal was to do what was best for me. Over those 11 years I have also used their Service Department and their staff is also the best! I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg.

My husband and I recently bought a Santa Fe from this dealership. We went through Brandon as our sales man and Andrew in finance. Both Brandon and Andrew were absolutely amazing and did everything they could to keep us happy. This was definitely the best experience I have ever had buying a car, and am very happy to say we have found a great place where we will purchase again in the future! To say I am a satisfied customer would be an understatement, wonderful job Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg!

I love my entire experience at Taylor Hyundai. Brandon was very knowledgeable and made everything clear and was very patient. Service was fast and so great that my 8 year old wants to come back and visit because she said everyone was so nice ud83dude0a. If I could give more stars I would and I love my explorer.

Hakim was super helpful and got me the car that I wanted at a great price (I almost feel like I stole it). The power went out in town at the time so we agreed to do all of the paperwork later, and Hakim picked me up himself and brought me back later that night so I could drive my new car home myself that same day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I'm glad I went to them first.
