Contacted Bill @ premier epoxy on June 10th, 2017 about the chipping in my garage. Still under warranty as it's barely 1 year since he did the work. He said he would take care of it then stopped answering my calls.nn9.22.17 - My issues were likely due to moisture that had come through the floors breaking the bond between the floor and the epoxy system and eventually cracking. An additional coat was recommended with the new system, I ended up paying a fair price for the added time and material but also had to relinquish the remainder of the warranty.
My garage floor is a mess, flaking up all over, and Bill won't return my calls to come and fix it! He gave me a 5 year warranty! It didn't even last a year!
