I understand small stores can’t provide unlimited returns but I have a huge problem with how they mislead customers on their website. I never take the time to do reviews but it really bothered me how they say one thing on website but don’t honor it. I would not recommend shopping here. The do not have free returns. Be warned. Consider all purchases final. If I would have know that I would not have taken the chance to try some dresses without trying them on first.
The sizing isn’t consistent. I purchased three dresses all the same size. None ended in “00” so according to website I was eligible for returns. One fit. One was 2-3 sizes too big and one was so small I couldn’t zip it up. No worries - I will just return them. Nope. I tried to return them and they just denied it.
I pre reviewed the return policy and made sure I didn’t purchase any items ending in a 00, that I made a return within a few days, it wasn’t worn, it was in original packaging etc. but they still denied the return stating that if you apply any code you can’t return. This was not disclosed in policy.
If they can’t honor their return policy then I’m not interested in supporting this shop.
Change your policy online or honor it.
Sadly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a store. Zero help from customer service to fix a very easy mess up, only got one reply from five emails and nothing was done to help me. There is no number to call, which is very frustrating because emails are never answered. The website says it is shipped in 4 business days, it's been about a week since I ordered and the carries just received it yesterday so it won't even actually be shipped for another 4 days.

I 100% misunderstood this company and am falling back on some of my claims. FIRST I wanted to apologize to them for my quick response of frustration. While it was hard to work with little to no response, I know not all of it was under Lucy Avenues control. So thank you for responding to my rude review with patience and clearing things up.
I bought a dress and it was way too small. I could just tell right out of the package. So I immediately emailed the company and was sent a return label. I immediately mailed it back with the original packing slip. It took.9 days to get a refund, which was $17 less than I originally paid. I emailed and asked why and was told there were signs or wear and tear, which is completely impossible. It was even inside a plastic bag AND a padded mailer, so it didn't get messed up in transit. They sent me a picture that they claim showed wear and tear but it was just the wrinkles from being packaged. Totally ridiculous.
GREAT customer service! I accidentally placed an order for a dress I’ve been eyeing and emailed them right away to cancel it. They replied same day, were super understanding & nice, and refunded me. I will definitely be shopping here in the near future!
The worst experience with this company. They lie telling you that they have free returns. I guess apparently there’s all these rules to qualify for it. Also the dress I bought online looked nothing like the model had on. It was a size small and looked like I was wearing a size large. Now I have to pay to return when thats why I bought it thinking that I could return back for free if it didn’t work. Also, they told me I can only get in store credit and won’t refund me my money. Be careful buying stuff from here online. I will never buy from here again and I suggest you shouldn’t either.
