The entire staff at Liberty Aurora is fantastic!nShowed up early... Not a problem. I was made comfortable for the short time it took to get me sitting with a sales pro.nI told Bob my needs and expectations, and that I didn't have lots of time.nWithin an hour and a half I took a test drive and was presented with a deal that was perfect for me.nThanks Liberty Aurora!!nGoodbye KIA... This is by far my favorite dealership! I lease my vehicles, so this is the second time I’ve leased from them and yet again I had beyond amazing customer service. Before going to this dealership I honestly hated the car buying experience, some salesmen give you the run around and are deceiving at times. Liberty Ford in Aurora has completely restored my faith in this process, they are honest, friendly and just care about you as a person. They worked with me to get me what I needed and made it a quick and easy process for a mom of three that has very little time! Great team all around and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford.

I cannot recommend this place enough! After having issues with my last Ford, Nathan bent over backwards to get me into a new car. He spent his WHOLE day test driving cars with me and working out a deal. I will be back for my next Ford! Special thanks to Lorenzo and his wife as well!

Would highly recommend sales professional Tom at Liberty Ford Aurora. Quickest and most efficient and best car buying experience I have ever had!nnUpdate:nWhen I took it back for the tire sensors to be replaced and an oil change I noticed a cracked tail light. I brought it to their attention before i drove away and 3 days later Nicole from Service calls me saying they have an “eye witness” who said they saw it but didn’t write it down or anything.nnIt was only a couple hundred dollars I’ll get it fixed just something to think about before trusting them with your vehicle.

John and Lorenzo made the process so incredibly easy and quick! John helped me find the exact car that fit my needs almost immediately and I was able to complete all of the time consuming paperwork virtually. Lorenzo made the final finance steps easy and simple to understand and did not over complicate it at all. He was patient and answered all of my dumb questions. I could not be happier with my experience. It was wonderful!
