I had two storage units that I emptied when we moved into our new house. I was busy and kept putting off cancelling. Then I get a call saying they noticed they were empty and canceled my contract. That’s awesome! Out of sight/out of mind. They could have charged me for a couple months but didn’t. Will definitely do business here again.

Camillia is without a doubt the worst owner and operator I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars, I would.
She’s always sneaking in hidden fees and locked me out of my unit on the second of the month. When rent is due on the first, late on the fifth. Just so she could charge another fee! Ugh.
She’s conniving and dishonest and awful to her customers. The units smell like mice and she lets homeless people live inside the gates in broken down trailers. If it wasn’t December and the middle of a snow storm, I’d move my stuff out today.
Do NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.
