Went in with a after market light build that I had no luck finding a replacement for. I went to a few other places in town and they we’re unable to help. When I went into autozone I was met by Amy. She took time to help figure out the exact bulb assembly I had. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I can’t say enough about the great service she showed me. Thank you Amy!
Overall AutoZone is a very good change regarding auto parts. Personally I'm not a fan of the layout of the cashier versus the attendants were who would look at the parts for you when they get very busy it is very difficult for the employees to know who is in line who is first how to get help . AutoZone offers very competitive prices regarding parts they're shipped to store and shipped home services are very good as well and I only give a three-star rating simply because the last few times I've been in there the stores have not been able to adequately handle the customer flow which was resulting in lower customer service tender . It is what it is if you need auto parts sometime you just don't have a choice.
I like the store, don't get me wrong, but made a purchase on a credit card and ended up not needing the item so I took it back for a refund. I don't understand why it takes 7-10 business days to refund money back to a card, when it didn't take 7-10 business days for them to take the payment, they get paid immediately and we have to trust that their system is going to work and give your money back 7-10 business days later...does anyone else see the problem?
