My car got nailed by hail this Summer the entire car needed to be repaired. CarStar was recommended by a coworker. These guys we’re amazing from start to finish! Justin went to battle with me insurance company and kept me updated during the entire process and Axel made sure I was taken care of when it came to a rental car. Went above and beyond!. Yes, repairs took longer but that’s expected with the world today. Huge shout out and thank you to you guys!

So far so good. I went in for an estimate and was very impressed with the professionalism of all I dealt with. CARSTAR hasn't done any repairs on my vehicle, however, I'm planning 100% to have them complete the repairs needed on my truck.

I spoke with a gentleman on the phone for a simple bumper scrape and he flat out said $2,000 that same day I got an estimate from a excellent body shop for under 700 dollars. Poor communication off the bat made me not want to use this shop.
