I found them to be knowledgeable and friendly. All repairs were professionally completed as agreed. It is refreshing to go there and have repairs done right and at reasonable pricing. We will think of them first when we need further repairs or maintenance and will not hesitate to highly recommend them to all our friends, neighbors and relatives!

Stopped into Bob's Auto travelling from Minnesota to Montana! My brake lights came on and I didn't want to keep driving further without getting them looked at. Caleb took a look at my brakes, ran the codes for the light and determined there wasn't a problem. He could have run the gamut and tried to charge me for a bunch of things I didn't need, but knew I was in a hurry and took care of me!nnIf I'm ever stuck in Rapid City again I'll definitely be coming back to Bob's.

I have been taking vehicles to Bobs Auto for 5 years now and I have received nothing but the best services and experiences from them. This is the most honest and upfront auto repair shop in Rapid City. The guys are full of knowledge and do everything they can to make sure your vehicle is fixed properly and ready to go for the road.
