I couldn't recommend this place more. I called to have a quote for insurance after getting hailed out. I didn't expect to be setting up my appointment and having my car back to new so quickly. Every other body shop I called was so booked out after hail season. The timeliness and quality of work blew my mind. They were so proffessional. The receptionist, Laura, was so welcoming! The second she picked up my call, I knew I was going to have a good experience. She helped me through the whole way and explained everything very clearly to me so I knew exactly what was going to happen and how to deal with the insurance company. Thank you so much Viking!! I am so relieved to have found you guys! I will be telling everyone I meet about my experience. This is my go to PDR bodyshop.
I had to get some PDR done after the hail storms. We took my wife's car here a few months ago after hers got hailed out. After the amazing service provided to her, it was obvious where we were taking mine. My hail was way worse than hers and I was a little nervous about the turnaround time. I deliver pizza and drive uber so the apperance of my vehicle is super important. I explained this to Laura, the lady at the main office, and they were able to get me in and fixed up in no time. As expected, they were very proffesional and were able to work around my chaotic work schedule. Thank you guys for taking such good care of our vehicles. I will always trust these family owned shops.
They looked at my car and said they would have an estimate within 2 hours. Never heard back from them. I even texted the person who I had contact with and he never got back to me.
